Below is our workflow for our projects. After you book your initial consultation, this will give you an idea of what it's like to work with us, and the steps we take to supercharge your written content as you make an impact in your industry!
1st
the consult
The day of the consultation, we spend 1.5 - 2 hours learning about your brand, and strategizing the first steps of your marketing plan or launch, and evaluate what first steps we need to take. This is where we determine your goals, and what you would like the end product to look like. Whether you have a strategy already or are looking to build a new one, we can help. You talk, we take notes!
2nd
we create / draft
At this stage, we take our notes from the consultations and begin weaving your story together. Whether it's a site launch or a new music rollout, we create the tools necessary for you to make your splash.We usually send a preliminary .pdf or with a .txt file first, to account for any editing or flow corrections before placing the text on the website.
3rd
proofs and revisions
Next, we schedule a series of virtual (or in person) meetings to review the drafts and content created for your project. While we use our professional discretion to develop a creatively appropriate solution, we invite and welcome your feedback at this stage to guide the process was we design successful final product. Any troubleshooting or connection issues will also be worked out at this stage to ensure a smooth handover.
